To support our Clients, we offer multiple Contracting Options and "WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK":
1. Contingency Search: Negotiated Fee Amount. Negotiated percentage (%) of New Hire Employee's first year compensation (base salary, bonus, commission). Our service fee is "contingent and payable" only if a candidate enters into a service relationship with you or your affiliate within one year after our recent communication relating to the candidate.
2. Retained Search: Negotiated Service Fee. Total Dollar Value is negotiated and agreed upon by determining the New Hire Employee's first year compensation (base salary, bonus and commission) plus costs approved by you, the client, for such expected items such as: travel costs, advertising, Candidate profiles, drug testing, background investigations, other special requirements requested by you. Working together we will determine: A)Description of of the Position; B)Material Qualifications of the Candidate; C)Agreed to Total Dollar Value. The first third of the total dollar value is due upon contract signing, the second third of the total dollar value is due upon submission of qualified candidate(s) and the final third of the total dollar value is due upon hiring of the candidate.
3. Contigency Search (Exclusive): Negotiated Service Fee. Since some companies deal with more than one recruiter during a search, additional discount of the Service Fee is negotiated if Client agrees to only work with our firm on the search. The Service Fee is based on the New Hire Employee's first year compensation (base salary, bonus, commission). Our service fee is "contingent and payable" only if a candidate enters into a service relationship with you or your affiliate within one year after our recent communication relating to the candidate.
4. Flat Fee: Negotiated Service Fee. A lump sum dollar value per New Employee Hire based on a negotiated volume of New Hires within a one year or a multi-year period. The Flat Fee Contract can be either Contingency or Retained.

5. Drug Testing: $100 (free if candidate is hired). Includes specimen collection, laboratory analysis, adulterant testing, laboratory supplies, collection kit shipment and coordination, collection site identification and coordination, Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry confirmation of positives, Medical Review Officer review and reporting of test results, Overnight shipment of samples to the testing laboratory.
6. Candidate Profile:
A) SelecSys: Free. Unlimited profiles of Candidates as a service to you after receipt of signed contract.
B) Caliper: $230 each
7. Immigration/VISA's:
A) L1-A/L1-B: $1,800 each
B) H1B: $1,120 each, With Premium Expedite: $2,900 each
C) Dependant Visa L-2/H4: $600 each
8) ConferView (400 sites Nationwide): $250 first 30 minutes minimum, $50 for each 15 minutes thereof. (Saves airfare, hotel, car, taxi, per diem, TIME, etc.)
9) FAS Relocation Service: Complete menu of low/no cost services to client and candidate. Process starts at Pre-hire stage and concludes after hire and move. FAS helped 12,000 families last year for MRI. Call to discuss, most services are Free.
10) Advertising-Wall Street Journal 1/8 Page: $6,000 for each Ad, up to 3 positions per Ad, $80K salary minimum, 200 word max, 175 word recommendation.
11) Posting Jobs on Contracted Internet Boards (If requested): Free
12) Salary Wizard. Determine Candidate Salary: Free
